Our Team

The President of our company with over 30 years of experience in the Civil Engineering and Construction Industries. Darin started the company in 1999 to meet the demand for quality and efficient commercial and residential development in the southern Delmarva peninsula. He is well versed in Zoning and the securing of Development Rights, Commercial and Residential Design, Permitting and Construction Management. He has excellent relationships with many government agencies such as Florida Department of Transportation, Greater Orlando Airport Authority, Orange County and Polk County Public Schools. He has developed, designed and/or built over 25,000 dwelling units including millions of square feet of commercial property. Darin has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states including Florida and Delaware and is a National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying Record Holder for over 20 years. He is also a licensed pilot by the Federal Aviation Administration.

One of our Project Engineers with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. While attending Embry-Riddle, Alexander served as the Concrete Canoe Captain for the ERAU ASCE Student Chapter for the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year.
